At the Strength & Sparkle Foundation (SaS), we value transparency, trust, and respect in every interaction. By accessing or using our website, registering for events, making a donation, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Information Use & Sharing

Strength & Sparkle Foundation (SaS) does not sell or share personal information outside of the What’s Poppin’ USA (WPUSA) family of brands. Information may be shared internally only across affiliated WPUSA entities for operational, programmatic, or communication purposes.

Affiliated brands may include, but are not limited to:

  • What’s Poppin’ USA

  • #ItsTeaTime by What’s Poppin’ USA

  • Hats N Heels Tea Party™

  • Strength & Sparkle Foundation programs, events, products, and collaborations

Your information is used solely to support our initiatives, communications, and community engagement.

SMS & Email Communications

If you choose to subscribe to updates, event announcements, or volunteer opportunities and voluntarily provide your phone number, you may receive SMS messages related to Strength & Sparkle Foundation activities. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions included in the message or updating your account preferences.

Refund Policy

Events

All event registrations, tickets, and sponsorships are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Strength & Sparkle Foundation.

  • Guest tickets are non-refundable.

  • Vendor or participant tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable for up to 180 days from the original event date, subject to approval.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the event by emailing strengthandsparklefoundation@gmail.com with the subject line: ATTN: Event Transfer.

 

Donations

All donations made to the Strength & Sparkle (SaS) Foundation are final and non-refundable. Donations support charitable programming and operational costs and cannot be returned once processed.

 

Digital Products & Workshops

All digital content, including workshops, downloads, and educational materials, is non-refundable.

Merchandise

 

Merchandise is not manufactured in-house and is fulfilled by third-party vendors. Shipping timelines may vary but typically fall within 14 calendar days within the contiguous United States.
If an item arrives defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe for review and resolution.

 

Changes to These Terms

Strength & Sparkle (SaS) Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
